CHINA–PAKISTAN TRADEChina-side trade coordination

Coordinate the China side before Pakistan-bound cargo moves.

BoMao supports eligible Pakistan-bound projects by coordinating suppliers, order checks, consolidation, export preparation and freight-provider handoff in China. The route is selected around the actual cargo, timing and destination arrangement rather than assumed in advance.

CHINA-SIDE WORK

Keep sourcing, cargo preparation and export handoff in one visible chain.

The role on this page is specifically the China side of the transaction. Pakistan import clearance, duties and destination delivery belong to the importer and qualified destination-side providers unless a separate lawful arrangement is confirmed.

01

Supplier / purchase coordination

Confirm the supplier, order basis, production status and pickup requirements before cargo is moved.

02

Inspection or release check

Where agreed, review the finished order against the buyer-approved specification before shipment release.

03

Consolidation and packing

Coordinate pickup from one or more suppliers, packed dimensions, marks and export-ready cargo information.

04

Export-document handoff

Coordinate commercial and shipment information with the selected logistics provider for the agreed export structure.

05

Freight-provider handover

Handover cargo and documents to the qualified carrier, forwarder or other logistics provider under the agreed route.

ROUTE OPTIONS

Choose the route after the cargo facts are known.

Commodity, packed dimensions, weight, supplier location, timing, destination and current provider availability all affect route suitability.

Road / multimodal

Selected cargo and corridor conditions

Useful where cargo profile, border availability, seasonal conditions and destination-side arrangements make the road corridor practical.

Sea freight

LCL / FCL with schedule flexibility

Suitable for many commercial shipments where container economics, port routing and destination clearance are better than faster modes.

Air / courier

Urgent or lower-volume cargo

Used for samples or time-sensitive goods when chargeable weight, commodity restrictions and destination costs remain commercially acceptable.

PAKISTAN-SIDE RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the importer and clearance arrangement before the shipment is committed.

A China-side freight handoff is not the same as Pakistan import clearance. The receiving structure should be known early enough to avoid cargo moving without a responsible importer or broker.

Named importer / consignee and receiving location
Pakistan-side customs broker or clearance arrangement
Duties, taxes and destination charges
Product-specific import eligibility or approvals
Final delivery or collection arrangement

FOR MULTI-SUPPLIER ORDERS

Consolidation can reduce fragmented China-side handoffs.

Where commercially practical, goods from several suppliers can be coordinated into a common consolidation plan before freight handoff. The plan depends on cargo readiness, location, packaging and route.
