IMPORT INTO CHINASelected import projects

Practical support for selected products entering China.

BoMao supports selected import projects by coordinating overseas suppliers, product information, documentation, China-side service providers and delivery arrangements. Feasibility depends on the product, origin, regulatory requirements and agreed importer responsibilities.

What the work involves

Each import project is assessed before it is accepted.

We start with a feasibility review, then coordinate the supplier, documents, qualified China-side providers and delivery. Every stage names the responsible party.

Initial feasibility review

We review the product, origin country, intended use and quantity to judge whether the project is practical before any commitment is made.

  • Product description, classification questions and intended buyer in China
  • Origin country, supplier status and available product documentation
  • Known regulatory considerations that may prevent or delay the project

Overseas supplier coordination

We coordinate with the overseas supplier on product information, commercial terms and the documents a China-side receiver will require.

  • Specification, packaging and labelling information requests
  • Commercial terms, delivery point and responsibility allocation
  • Communication in English and Chinese across both sides

Product and document preparation

Required documents are identified early and prepared with the responsible party clearly named for each item.

  • Commercial invoice, packing list and transport documents
  • Product certificates, test reports or origin documents where applicable
  • A written list showing which party prepares and submits each document

China-side qualified service providers

Regulated work is arranged through appropriately qualified parties. BoMao coordinates the project and does not perform regulated services itself.

  • Licensed customs brokers and declaration agents where required
  • Testing, inspection or certification bodies where the product demands it
  • Bonded, warehouse or domestic transport providers as agreed

Delivery and receiving arrangements

Handover, receiving checks and domestic delivery are agreed in writing before cargo moves.

  • Named receiving party and delivery address in China
  • Receiving checks, quantity confirmation and damage reporting
  • Domestic transport arrangement and final handover point

Exclusions and regulatory limits

Some products cannot be supported. Feasibility depends on the product, origin, regulatory requirements and agreed importer responsibilities.

  • Restricted, licensed or prohibited goods are declined
  • Approval timelines set by authorities are outside our control
  • Scope, exclusions and responsibilities are confirmed for each project
