Terms of Use

Website information is general and not a binding quotation.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

General information

Website content is provided for general business information. It is not a binding quotation, supplier approval, compliance opinion, shipping commitment or guarantee of availability, price, quality or delivery.

When an engagement begins

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Services, responsibilities, fees, payment terms and deliverables apply only when confirmed in a written quotation, order, contract or other document accepted by the relevant parties.

Third-party services

Suppliers, laboratories, inspection providers, carriers, customs brokers and destination agents are separate parties unless a written agreement states otherwise. Their regulated or location-specific services remain subject to their own terms and licences.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer remains responsible for accurate requirements, timely approvals, lawful import arrangements, destination compliance and payments allocated to it in the written scope. Verification and inspection reduce risk but do not eliminate all defects or guarantee future performance.

Permitted use

You may use this website to evaluate and contact BoMao. You may not impersonate the company, misuse company documents, interfere with the site, scrape it abusively, or copy protected content for misleading or unlawful purposes.

External links and availability

External resources are provided for convenience and may change. BoMao does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that every item is error-free.

Liability and governing terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BoMao is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website content or for indirect loss caused by third-party sites or services. Any project-specific liability, governing law and dispute process are defined in the applicable written contract.
