Prepare the shipment and hand it to the right logistics provider.
Freight planning starts with cargo facts, not a preferred mode. BoMao coordinates the China-side information, consolidation, packaging readiness, export-document handoff and provider communication needed to compare practical transport options.
START WITH CARGO FACTS
A freight quote is only meaningful when the shipment profile is clear.
Weight alone is not enough. Mode, route and cost can change materially with carton dimensions, commodity restrictions, pickup locations, delivery terms and the destination-side arrangement.
Commodity
What the goods are, including any battery, liquid, hazardous, fragile, oversized or regulated characteristics.
Packed dimensions
Carton or pallet dimensions, gross weight, quantity and whether cargo can be stacked or consolidated.
Pickup point
Supplier city, warehouse location and whether multiple suppliers need to be consolidated.
Destination
Country, city or receiving point, including whether the buyer already has a broker or delivery arrangement.
Timing
Ready date, deadline and how much schedule flexibility the shipment has.
Commercial terms
Relevant Incoterm, insurance requirement and which party is responsible for destination charges or clearance.
MODE SELECTION
Match the route to the cargo, timing and destination.
The fastest or cheapest mode in isolation may not be the best commercial option once handling, capacity, destination charges and delivery requirements are included.
Express / courier
Samples and small urgent parcels
Useful when speed matters and the cargo is suitable for courier acceptance.
Air freight
Time-sensitive commercial cargo
Consider chargeable weight, airport handling, documentation and destination clearance.
Sea freight
LCL or FCL cargo with schedule flexibility
Container utilization, consolidation, port routing and destination charges materially affect the plan.
Road freight
Regional and corridor-specific movements
Route conditions, border procedures, seasonality and cargo suitability require case-specific review.
Rail / multimodal
Selected corridors and cargo profiles
Availability and practicality depend on origin, destination, routing and current service conditions.
CHINA-SIDE SHIPMENT PREPARATION
The handoff should be documented before cargo leaves supplier control.
Cargo readiness
Confirm packed quantity, dimensions, marks and agreed packaging before collection.
Consolidation
Coordinate pickup and consolidation where cargo from multiple suppliers is being combined.
Documents
Coordinate the commercial and export-document information required for the selected shipment structure.
Provider handoff
Pass agreed cargo and document information to the qualified forwarder, carrier or other logistics provider.
RESPONSIBILITY AT THE HANDOFF
Freight coordination does not replace the carrier, broker or importer.
BoMao coordinates
Cargo information, consolidation, China-side document preparation and communication with the selected logistics provider.
Logistics / destination providers perform
Carriage, warehousing, customs brokerage, regulated transport activities and destination clearance/delivery as contracted.
PAKISTAN-BOUND CARGO
China–Pakistan sourcing and freight support
For eligible Pakistan-bound projects, the China-side work may include supplier coordination, consolidation, export-document preparation and freight handoff. Import eligibility, duties, clearance and destination delivery remain dependent on the transaction and local providers.
